THE MAIN BODY

 

Main Body – The Main Body of the machine supports the Stun Tray and contains the recycled water. It also houses various sensors, the salt tray and solenoids to allow fully automatic operation.

STUN TRAY / CONVEYOR:

 

 

Stun Tray – The Stun Tray is an inclined electrified pool. The conveyor belt runs along its length. Fish drop into the deep end where they are instantly stunned and are gently carried out of the water by the moving conveyor belt.

ELECTRONICS

 

 

Electronics – The electronics control the system operation and inform the operator using a traffic light system and a back-lighted LCD display.

RECIRCULATION PUMP

Recirculation Pump – The in-built recirculation pump keeps the Stun Tray topped up with water.
